We the People The court of public opinion seeks Congressional Accountability and vows to not re-elect any guilty member of the 112th Congress. A Crime Against Humanity has been committed. In this case Humanity represents the masses, the majority, the People of this great land. The crime - committed by most Republican members of the 112th Congress - is their consistent refusal to govern and process legislative work that the majority would stand to benefit from, thus we vow to withhold our future vote for any of them. We the people are comprised of republicans, democrats, independents, progressives, conservatives and liberals and we seek not to condemn or discredit any future republican candidate not currently a member of the 112th Congress. The majority of this country has suffered enough at the hands of these delusional, petty, selfish, out of touch men that are drunk with power and we refuse to co-sign their continued madness by re-electing them.

We the people charge the majority of the republican members of the 112th Congress with a Crime Against Humanity for: FAILING the American people a) for hindering, blocking, undermining and tainting the legislative process and repeatedly and unapologetically refusing to do their job as elected officials and ensuring a continued amount of immeasurable suffering for the masses by crippling the American government and its ability to function properly. b) for their lack of participation in and disruption to the legislative process.c) for assuming our ignorance and exploiting our trust and complacency."Greater Ramifications"For introducing an irresponsible, unprofessional, selfish, extremely devastating and crippling political tactic thats absent of ethics and long term viability into the global perspective where as a result any similarly misguided and self serving controlling body of any region could now duplicate this organized, anarchistic stance (or strategy) masked as political ideology. This tactic cloaked as a stance persecutes its People by withholding the benefits and results of proper governing. Proper governing recognizes the masses of this land as the highest priority.TrickeryFor irresponsibly using the media to incite, divide and distract the People.SIGN NOWADDENDUM I.-The People are not dumb and will not continue to be pitted against one another.-Republican members of the 112th Congress have FAILED the People. -We believe both major political parties as well as other groups and individuals possess valid strengths, abilities, and ideas for our land. -Even though the guilty members are listed Republicans we charge them not because of this affiliation, nor do we hold any grievances with true and future republican candidates. We charge them because of their own actions and inaction.When a Congressman repeatedly refuses to pass any bill (simply to undermine the current administration) ALL non-wealthy citizens of this country suffer greatly, regardless of ethnicity, political affiliation, spiritual awareness, stance, sexuality or gender. If you are in a position in life where your decisions directly affect the masses, and you intentionally disrupt or manipulate the already agreed upon and commonly understood processes that ensure that societies stability, growth and continuance you are guilty of a sinister crime because the MASSES that hired or elected you are suffering at your hands. We the People know judgment will be left to a higher power, but accountability will be achieved by simply refusing to ever re-elect you again. ADDENDUM II.Republicans WELCOME!Whether motivated by avaricious ways or simply poised to impede all governing these selfish, petty and misguided men are not true republicans by ideology and will be remembered as willing architects of Americas rapid decline. Join with your fellow Republicans, Democrats, Conservatives, Independents, Liberals, Catholics, Jews, Christians, Muslims, Caucasians, Atheists, African Americans, Latinos, Unions, Workers, Teachers, First Responders, Veterans, Elderly, Young, Haves and Have Nots, Hetero and Homosexuals, small towns residents, big cities dwellers, and every AMERICAN citizen and sign this petition to start the wheels of justice in the court of public opinion. Bipartisanship is no longer a choice. Its a requirement for due process and effective leading starting now. Lets lead by example and take back our control by vowing to not reelect any of the guilty members of the 112th Congress.

Why sign?

By signing the petition and charging these members with a Crime Against Humanity we are not only organizing our voice against this extremely devastating strategy of theirs, but we are putting them on notice that we've had enough and we take our votes seriously. a crime against humanity is not recognized in this country and we are not seeking a trial. we simply want to be free to thrive once again. we want to be free from their selfish reign and obstructive ways. the charge will carry weight with increasing signatures and properly put into perspective the severity of their actions and serves as the appropriate mechanism to accomplish this necessary and urgent task.

if we Vow to not re-elect any of the guilty members and sign this petition we will begin to right their wrongs.

Republican members of this 112th Congress have held this country hostage for almost four years. they've shirked their duties and not fulfilled their obligation to the People (The same people that put them in office.) instead of governing They have demonstrated through inaction and counter action that their sole purpose in office is to prevent the current President from being re-elected. meanwhile people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and ideologies have suffered. because of their small minded, petty and selfish ways.

it is our job and right to elect political officials..

congress' job is to prepare and enact necessary legislation and properly govern, among other things. Their duty is to serve the People that elected them.

Regardless of your political affiliation fair is fair. WE MUST GO TO WORK EVERYDAY AND DO OUR JOBS. THEY MUST AS WELL!

The gears of our society are understood by most and with certainty by elected officials. Introducing into practice strategies that undermine or unhinge those gears at the highest levels of government (and quite possibly the most crucial junction for the realization of democracy) not only increases suffering within the masses causing immeasurable ramifications within its ranks, but ensures and enables this great land's continued decline. This premeditated misrule stands in direct contradiction to an elected officials understood duties and ethical responsibilities. It cannot be stated enough. When a Congressman repeatedly refuses to pass legislation, simply to undermine the current administration, such as this particular scenario ALL non-wealthy citizens of this country suffer greatly, regardless of ethnicity, political affiliation, stance, spiritual awareness, sexuality or gender.
