Vance Ginn, Ph.D., is a free-market economist who resides near Austin, Texas with his wife and three kids. He has worked in academia, public policy, and government. His experiences include working as the chief economist for the largest state-based think tank in the U.S. and as the associate director for economic policy for the White House's Office of Management and Budget.
